Our story began with flower bulbs in 1981. Today, our work spans plant nutrition, propagation material, crop care and public health products for professional and amateur users.

For an international supplier, understanding the local market matters as much as the product itself. Our role is to connect that knowledge with a nationwide network of specialist retailers, supported by agronomic advice, commercial service and in-store presentation.

Essential browser storage

  • gemma-retail-theme (localStorage) remembers your display choice until you change it or clear browser data.
  • On the Greek retail pages, gemma-retail-wishlist-v1 stores up to 100 product codes until you remove them or clear browser data. It does not place an order. gemma-retail-mobile-search-v1 stores the last mobile search, up to 100 characters, for the tab session or until cleared.
  • gemma_retail_privacy records the notice version, separate permissions and expiry for 180 days. Its scope is /, with Secure and SameSite=Lax. It is a preference, not a visitor identifier. If cookies are blocked, a Necessary-only choice may be held in the tab using gemma-retail-essential-choice-v1 (sessionStorage), or only until you leave the page. This fallback never enables optional purposes.

The contact form uses an essential, session-only gemma_international_public cookie (Secure, HttpOnly, SameSite=Lax, scope /) to protect submission and prevent duplicate messages. It is separate from marketing choices. If this cookie is blocked, submission is refused with an explanation. Rate limits use keyed hashes of the connection IP and submitted email in the protected archive; raw IP addresses are not stored in that archive. Hosting access logs are separate.

Our contact form uses self-hosted ALTCHA proof-of-work verification to reduce automated submissions. Your browser performs a short computation and GEMMA checks the signed, short-lived, single-use result before accepting a message. The verification code and challenge are served by GEMMA; no form fields or verification requests are sent to ALTCHA servers. This check adds no cookies or marketing permission. JavaScript and the existing essential form session are required.

Optional purposes — off until you choose

Google / YouTube content: the permission applies to embedded videos and Google cards on selected Greek store pages. No video or map is embedded on this company profile. If enabled elsewhere, Google receives technical connection details, including your IP address, and may use its own cookies. Google cookie policy · Google privacy policy.

Statistics: Google Analytics 4 (G-4373JEZKE1) measures page visits with a browser identifier and connection data. Our configuration sets _ga and _ga_4373JEZKE1 for up to 180 days, removes search text and unnecessary query parameters from page-view addresses, and disables Google Signals and advertising personalisation.

Advertising: Meta Pixel (1648934479074913) measures page visits for advertising evaluation and remarketing audiences. Meta receives technical information and page addresses and may associate them with a Meta account. Typical _fbp and _fbc cookies last up to 90 days according to Meta. These permissions are independent. Our measurement code does not send names, emails or phone numbers and does not run on pages with search text or unrecognised query parameters. No server-side Conversions API is installed. Provider account retention is separate from cookie duration.

If your browser cannot store Accept all or a selection of optional purposes, the controls close and you continue with necessary cookies only. A brief message explains the saving failure. Optional purposes never start without a verified saved permission. The temporary-denial storage limits above still apply.

Change or withdraw your choice

Use Cookie settings at any time. Withdrawal stops future optional loads and clears the named measurement cookies that we can remove on our own site. It does not erase data already received by Google or Meta. Third-party storage can also be managed through your browser and the provider’s settings.

Other connections

Company photos and brand artwork on this page are served by GEMMA. Links to social networks, documents and other websites open only when selected. Their own privacy terms apply after navigation. Greek retail pages also use Google Fonts and OpenStreetMap; these connections transmit technical data such as IP addresses and are described in the full Greek site notice. GEMMA counts store clicks on its server without a cookie, IP, user location or persistent visitor identifier in that click record. Hosting and third-party servers may separately keep technical access logs.

The contact form collects your name, company, country, business email, optional phone and message so that GEMMA can assess and respond to your business enquiry. Submissions are stored in a protected file archive outside the public website and emailed to active GEMMA super administrators using our existing mail service. They are not published or used to subscribe you to marketing. Access is restricted to authorised super administrators. Delivery status is recorded in the Portal email log. We keep enquiry records for handling your request and relevant business follow-up, subject to the company privacy policy; this does not set a separate expiry for copies in company mailboxes.
