The site provides company, product and partner-store information, articles, advice and a business enquiry form. These terms concern the public functions of /.

The new public site does not process retail purchases, payments or orders. The partner portal at pro.gemma.gr is a separate service with its own access and transaction terms.

The wishlist lets you collect products of interest. Adding or removing products does not create an order, purchase contract, stock reservation or payment obligation.

The list is stored locally in your browser. It may no longer be available if you clear browser data or use another device. Inclusion in the list does not confirm stock at a particular store.

GEMMA aims to keep descriptions, specifications and photos accurate and current. Packaging, codes and information may change, and image appearance can vary between devices. Please report inaccuracies so we can review them.

Articles and general advice are informative. They do not replace product labels, manufacturer instructions and precautions or advice from a qualified professional. Before using a product, read its instructions and confirm it is suitable for the intended use.

Our map, contact details and store presentations help you locate outlets for GEMMA products. Partner stores are independent businesses.

Before visiting, call the store to confirm availability of the product you need, opening hours and other relevant details. Listing a store does not confirm that it carries the entire range or has a particular item in stock.

Purchases in a store are transactions with that business. It determines prices, payment, receipts, delivery and purchase-related service in accordance with the law. This does not limit consumer rights or any liability of GEMMA under applicable law.

Map positions and external directions are aids and may contain inaccuracies. Store operators can contact GEMMA to correct or update their presentation.

Use the site lawfully and with respect for GEMMA, its partners and other users. Unauthorised access to systems or data, malicious code, deliberate disruption, deception and infringement of others’ rights are prohibited.
